Medfitness is more than just a fitness centre for women, it is a community founded on empowering each other to be the best version of ourselves. Through exercise, friendship and fun fitness challenges, we motivate each other to achieve our goals and become strong in every way. Each Ramadan, we challenge all ladies to join in the Skipathon, a fantastic way to not only keep our fitness up in this Holy Month, but to raise funds for needy communities overseas.
