Recent flooding has caused unprecedented devastation in Pakistan. Nearly one third of the country is under water. 33 million people are affected and 1,100 have died. Around 1 million houses have been affected.
More than 2 million acres of crops have been destroyed and 700,000 live stock have been killed. People are in desperate need of assistance. Millions of children dont have access to clean water making them vulnerable to disease outbreaks.
Humanity is pleading for assistance. Billions would be required for relief and rehabilitation.
